In case of complaint or query regarding the shipment you can contact us in our email (hello@flamingueo.com).

Flamingueo guarantees its customers the possibility of canceling their order at any time and without any cost provided that the cancellation is communicated before the order has been made available to the carrier for shipment.

The customer will have a period of fifteen calendar days from the receipt of the order to terminate the contract and return the purchased product. The client will inform Flamingueo within the stipulated period and by email, his desire to exercise the right to terminate the contract. The returned order must be delivered together with the delivery note and, if applicable, the invoice issued to Flamingueo, with the customer running the return costs.

The customer may return any item purchased at Flamingueo as long as the products have not been opened or used and retain their original seal or packaging. Please note that Flamingueo reviews each of the products that are returned, if they do not meet the indicated conditions, the amount will not be refunded. If the return complies with the conditions, Flamingueo will return the money of the products corresponding to the order, in no case the money of the shipment already made to the customer's address, through a credit card payment, by means of a bank transfer to the account indicated by the client or by credit in his personal account.

If a product other than that requested by the customer was delivered by Flamingueo error or was broken or damaged, it will be removed and you will be given the correct or new product without any additional charge to the buyer provided that the period of fifteen days is met from the purchase.

In this case you should go to the customer service email (hello@flamingueo.com) and follow the steps attaching photos and details of the problem with the product.

In the event that the package is retained in the shipment delegation for more than 15 days and is returned to our warehouse because the customer has not requested it in any way, the amount of the products purchased will be returned, in no case of the shipment already made. If the client wants that product to be sent again, he must make a new order since the previous one will be returned.

No refunds after the deadline.

Refunds will be accepted when a return is approved. The client has the same time as for a return, that is, fifteen calendar days. The refund will be applied 7 days after accepting the return via credit card or PayPal.

Both to demand a refund, a refund or both, the client must contact us through our email.

Way to pay:

In Flamingueo you can pay with PayPal or with a credit card.


The prices of each product are identified in Euros with the added value tax (VAT) included.

Transportation expenses:

Delivery costs are specified in the invoice and in the summary of the order. Flamingueo works with the best courier companies to offer a good service and applies the prices of the shipping rate without added cost.


The data communicated by the client are registered in the Flamingueo website and constitute the proof of the commercial transaction. After the validation of the order by the customer Flamingueo will send an email to notify the purchase. Flamingueo reserves the right not to make a delivery in case the client has any litigation with Flamingueo.

Delivery times:

The delivery times are in all cases from 2 to 3 business days. Unless products are purchased out of stock and the term would be considerably increased, in any case the customer will be notified.

Changes or refunds:

All Flamingueo products can be exchanged or returned within 15 days of being received as long as it meets the conditions of (return link). If you have any questions, please contact us through our customer service center.


Flamingueo will send the invoice to the customer by email if requested. You can request it here.


The client and Flamingueo will submit to the courts of the city of Valencia.
